Life can often be unpredictable and we all have moments when we feel stuck or not quite where we want to be. You may have unanswered questions, want to make changes or explore feelings that make you feel uncomfortable or don’t quite make sense. Whether you’re going through a tough time, looking to improve your relationships and quality of life, or just wanting to understand yourself and your behaviours better I am here to support you.

how I work

I have a relaxed conversational style and much of the time we’ll just talk and explore. This will help you form a deeper understanding of yourself and your current situation, whilst gaining greater insight into your behaviours and relationships. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, even though you may not always feel that way. I will encourage and support you to discover your true self and empower you to make the changes you want to.
